linux-handhelds-2.6: Add 2.6.21-hh11.
* Changes since -hh10 are:
1. looxc550 port added (initial stage).
2. acx: PCMCIA driver written.
3. h4000, htcblueangel: PCMCIA support revamped, ACX100 WiFi works now.
4. hamcop_base, samcop_base: Initial support for child devices paradigm.
5. Codebase cleanup and restructuring.
