jlime-extras-1.0: Change RDEPENDS to RRECOMMENDS.

Changed RDEPENDS = "jlime-extras-${MACHINE}" to RRECOMMENDS
because some machines don't have (or need) extras recipes of
their own. It's a more graceful solution.
