pandora: defconfig: enable smartreflex

should do no harm as it's inactive by default, to enable do:
 mkdir /debug
 mount -t debugfs none /debug
 echo 1 > /debug/smartreflex/sr_mpu_iva/autocomp
arch/arm/configs/omap3_pandora_defconfig diff | blob | history
