svgalib : add svgalib-1.9.25

- original recipe comes from :
http://lists.linuxtogo.org/pipermail/openembedded-devel/2010-January/016607.html
- added fix for compilation against recent kernel
- updated and tested on x86
- disable helper module
- configuration file /etc/vga/libga.config is not included in any package
