minimal-image: respect ANGSTROM_EXTRA_DEPENDS.

Although the minimal(ist) image is meant to be, well,
minimal, we should not restrict users from adding a
package using ANGSTROM_EXTRA_DEPENDS.

Rationale: All images are meant as a senseful base
for customization, and expansion by the user.
