lua: Adopt new staging and BBCLASSEXTEND

* Removed do_stage from recipes
* Set NATIVE_INSTALL_WORKS=1
* lua5.1-native now stages lua executable
* Removed -native recipe, use BBCLASSEXTENDS instead
