gpdf: Remove all gpdf recipes from the repository

gpdf: Remove all gpdf recipes from the repository

* gpdf contains an embedded copy of xpdf which has had several
  security issues in the past.
* gpdf is not maintained for some years and the xpdf copy is not
  updated.
* Remove the gpdf checksums and PREFERRED_VERSIONS
* Remove it from tasks and such.
