linux-kexecboot_2.6.24: remove NET from tosa defconfig

* unfortunately all sort of stuffs seems pulled in
* the initramfs image, making size-check fail :/
* other zaurus have already disabled this
* we'll try to re-enable NET in the 2.6.36 releases
