nxp: Cleanup some emulator related options.

- Drop the emulator CONFIG test from include/configs/ls1088ardb.h
- Migrate CONFIG_SYS_FSL_DDR_EMU to a select'able option in
  drivers/ddr/fsl/Kconfig
