bitbake.conf: Add a full set of SDK variables.
This includes SDK_{ARCH,OS,VENDOR,SYS,PREFIX,CC_ARCH,EXEEXT}, STAGING_DIR_SDK,
and SDK_{CPP,C,CXX,LD}FLAGS.  This is required for actually building a
canadian SDK.
